Cavic is a young male with incredible raw talent. He is a powerhouse of a dog, land and sea. While we freely admit that Cavic is not the right dog for everyone, this is a young dog with a very high ceiling and all the top-end talent for any serious hunter and experienced dog handler that is looking for a big running, high drive dog.

We are looking forward to getting him finished out for future testing in VHDF, NAVHDA, or horseback field trials.

Betty is our latest breeding female to make the team. Her natural talent was obvious from a very early age when she scored a maximum 112/I in the NAVHDA Natural Ability test at 3.9 months old. If that doesn't make her the youngest 112 in the history of NAVHDA, she is probably very close.

Betty is a near clone of her sire, Max (Bone Point's Magnus NA I, UT I), and her granddam Allie (McNally's Super Ali NA I, UT I). This dog can fly. Incredible ground speed and she eats up the ground. She is a very stylish pointer and would also make a great horseback field trial prospect. She hammers the water and is a great water dog. Just like her sire and granddam, she is also a very cooperative, sweet dog that really wants to please. Betty is a great house dog and an easy keeper around the house.

Betty is from a very successful breeding between Max and Ziva where two litters had 11 puppies NA tested with an average score of 108 points. One dog became a UT I before 2 years old and a VC before 3 years old, and a few others were UT prize Is and IIs as 2 years olds.

Betty has loads of talent and we are excited to see what she will produce.

Drake is an impressive young male owned by Matt Kuhbacher, and bred by Scott Baysinger, both of Gillette, Wyoming. Drake's testing career started off with a 75 out of 70 at the VHDF HAE test, where he scored 11s for exceptional work in 6 out of the 7 categories. Matt hunted him hard his first year on upland and waterfowl, then sent him to Tate Martinsen and Bridget Nielsen for training where he went on to become a UT prize I dog at 2 years old, and then a Versatile Champion at 3 years old.

 

Drake continued to excel as a wild bird dog. His wild bird hunting abilities, exceptional testing performance, and very strong pedigree made him an ideal candidate to add to our gene pool. Drake comes from mostly Three Devils lines and we have also personally seen his sire and several close relatives work, and knew we could expect excellent puppies out of him.

In addition to a great hunting dog, Drake is a very mellow, easy dog around the house for Matt and his family. A huge thanks to Matt for letting us take Drake this winter for breeding.

Lefty is the latest young female to make the breeding team. We have went through a lot of dogs the past few years, and Lefty rose to the top in wild bird hunting. Lefty started out by running on wild pheasants with our friend Art Trujillo in South Dakota as young pup, who then tested her for us in the NAVHDA Natural Ability test when she was 6 months old, where she received a maximum 112/I. When we got Lefty back, she spent time hunting pheasants and ducks with my brother Logan. This year we got her over here to evaluate her on chukars and she was instantly a top performer, showing an uncanny natural ability to find, pin, and hold late season chukar.

Lefty is very sweet dog around the house. We are very excited to add this talented young dog to our breeding program.

Hank is a very talented male owned by Jeff Paulus of Thunderhill Kennels. Jeff has owned several talented, high-performing GWPs over the years, and he feels that Hank is the best dog he has ever owned. Kyle Hough trained Hank, and also says that he is also one of the very best dogs that he has ever trained. I have spoken with several other people that have hunted over Hank, watched him test, or trained with him, and all have very high praise.

Hank is a top performing dog in both the field and water. While he is a very high desire dog with excellent drive, it is his cooperative nature and trainability that set him apart from the others.


Hank's pedigree includes many of the same dogs that we have used in our breeding program over the years, with just enough genetic diversity to expand our gene pool. We are excited to add Hank into our breeding program.

Bay is talented hunting dog that has quickly earned her way as our top house dog, too. Her strongest attributes are her nose, strong point, bird finding & handling abilities, and her strong willingness to please. She has become a great wild bird dog for us. Bay has also been a natural in the duck blind, and loves retrieving ducks over water.

Bay's calm demeanor and cooperative attitude make her a dog that almost anyone could train, which is evident by how our 8 year old son taught her to 'sit' and 'shake' in just a couple of lessons as young puppy. She is a dream in the house and has an excellent temperament around people, kids, and other dogs.

Bay's first two litters have produced several outstanding, high-performing versatile hunting dogs.
